“Pregnancy has always been rough on my body and during my first pregnancy, I started getting pain in my low back anytime I was laying flat. No matter what I did, even long after baby was born, I never had permanent relief, the pain would always eventually come back. Jenny changed all of that for me! I went to see her 5 years after that first pregnancy and couldn't believe that she got me out of pain, not just for a week, or a month, but for good! I've seen her for each pregnancy and postpartum and she keeps me moving well, strengthening, and out of pain. Every mom, whether your baby is 6 weeks, 6 years, or 36 years, needs to see Jenny!”

“I first learned about pelvic floor physical therapy when I was a resident at Baylor University Medical Center in Dallas. I then moved to Hendersonville, TN, and was searching for a pelvic floor therapist for my patients. In Dallas, I had seen how much pelvic floor therapy can help patients with painful intercourse, postpartum issues, stress/urge incontinence and generalized pelvic pain. During my google search, I found Jenny. Y’all this girl can work miracles! Once at Hendersonville, I saw a patient who had spent thousands of dollars on a work-up for her pelvic pain. I saw her for a consult and immediately knew she needed pelvic floor physical therapy. She was hesitant at first and I bet her $1000 Jenny could fix her pain. And she DID! Jenny is knowledgeable, kind and hardworking. Throughout my time in Hendersonville, I sent her many patients and I knew she could help restore their lives back to normal. Pelvic pain is largely under diagnosed and is usually not correctly treated. Many patients end up going through tons of testing and spending lots of money before someone refers them to pelvic floor therapy. I urge you to try it and trust Jenny. She is THE BEST.”

“I was referred to Jenny by my lady doctor to get help with some pain I was experiencing. I didn’t even know pelvic physical therapy was a thing, as they say. When I was prescribed physical therapy I felt embarrassed, defective, and certainly nervous about what I was signing myself up for. But when I met Jenny she made me feel so at ease and completely removed any stigma I felt about myself. She normalized a very personal process and made me feel safe, cared for, and most importantly empowered. I’m thankful for her services and knowledge and her personality. I would recommend her to anyone!”

“I’m 35 weeks pregnant and have been dealing with pubic symphysis dysfunction.” I was in SO much pain getting in and out of bed, the car, putting on my pants, shoes, socks and other movements. It was horrible. I recently found Dr. Archer... a physical therapist who specializes in women’s pelvic health, including during pregnancy (YAY!!). I was a little nervous since I’ve never worked with a pelvic floor physical therapist before, but Dr. Archer made me feel SO comfortable! She is extremely knowledgeable and explained things to me in a way I could understand. But the best part? My pain is gone!
Did I mention SHE COMES TO YOUR HOME?!?
From so much pain to feeling so much better… I’m so thankful I get to end my pregnancy feeling good again. Anyway, I just wanted to share in case anyone else has experienced this kind (or any other) pelvic pain.”
