We do not directly take insurance but we do offer a superbill that you can use to submit for reimbursement from your insurance company. We are choosing to operate outside of insurance at this time so that we can offer personalized care that isn’t dictated by insurance restrictions.

We take all major credit cards as well as Health Savings Account and Flexible Spending Account cards. This is a great way to use any unused remaining funds on your card at the end of the year!

The first session will include a thorough examination, medical history and movement analysis to determine a diagnosis and create a plan specifically tailored to your needs. Each session will combine hands on therapy with exercise prescription to decrease your symptoms. Together we will reassess your needs and goals at EACH session, making progress at your speed to get you better faster.

Dry Needling

Available upon request (included service)

Dry needling is the use of thin, sterile filament needles without medication inserted into the muscle belly of a sore or tight muscle. This technique helps to increase blood flow and reduce swelling to allow for improved flexibility and pain free motion. I love this technique because my patients have called it “magic”!
