Dr. Katie Hollis
Meet Dr. Katie Hollis PT, DPT,
My name is Katie Hollis, and I am a pediatric pelvic floor physical therapist. I treat in-home and in-office pediatric pelvic health for multiple issues in children like constipation, prolonged bed-wetting, pelvic pain, pain with bowel movements, and much more. I graduated from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center in 2011 with a passion for helping both adults and children on their paths to physical healing.
I also offer Craniosacral Fascial Therapy (CFT) with the Gillespie Approach. This gentle, hands-on therapy supports babies by releasing tension in the body and helping with things like poor sleep, breastfeeding issues, gas, constipation, reflux, colic, torticollis, oral ties, and more.
I have been treating solely pediatrics for over ten years, and while focusing primarily on developmental delay, I realized how frequently bowel and bladder dysfunction occurs in infants and children. After being a patient in pelvic floor therapy myself, I decided to pursue continuing education to further help my patients and their families.
I completed my pelvic floor training through the Herman and Wallace Institute, and I look forward to working with you and your child on your journey.
Dr. Katie sees pediatric patients in-home Monday-Friday.
