Faith Everett
Meet Faith Everett, Pelvic Floor Personal Trainer
From a young age, I’ve been passionate about wellness, movement, and learning how to take care of the human body. In 2017, I experienced pelvic floor issues for the first time—and I felt broken. Discovering pelvic floor physical therapy was truly transformational and gave me both the tools and the belief that healing was possible.
That experience sparked a calling in me. I knew I wanted to walk alongside other women on their journey toward healing and strength. In 2019, I graduated with a degree in Exercise Physiology and became a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant.
Soon after, I discovered an additional love for heavy lifting and cross-training. In 2020, I earned my personal training certification and became a full-time trainer and fitness instructor. I completed my Pre+Postnatal Exercise Specialization and began coaching women through all stages of life—helping them prepare for birth, recover postpartum, and return to movement feeling confident and capable.
My love for pelvic floor health grew even more during my own pregnancy. I experienced how movement and exercise truly supported my body through both pregnancy and postpartum recovery. After healing, I was determined not just to get back to where I was, but to become stronger than ever. I completed my first triathlon, returned to strength training, began running again, and recently finished my first 50K ultramarathon.
I love working hard and testing the limits, but always with a focus on safe, intentional movement. That mindset is at the heart of how I train—not just for myself, but for the women I work with. I want every woman who goes through pelvic floor therapy and training to come out the other side feeling stronger, more capable, and more confident in her body than ever before.
My long-term goal? To be 80 years old, keeping up with my great-grandkids—hiking, biking, and playing without hesitation. And I want that future for every woman I work with, too.
Today, I’m a proud mom to a vibrant little girl. She is the light of my world. We love adventuring in nature, traveling, working out together, cooking, singing, dancing, and being silly.
