Treatment for Common Pregnancy Concerns & Birth Prep Sessions
Pregnancy brings incredible changes to your body. As your baby grows, your muscles, joints, ligaments, and pelvic floor adapt to support both you and your baby. These changes are natural, but they can also lead to discomfort, pain, and movement challenges throughout pregnancy.

Birth Prep + Push Practice
Labor and birth are both physical and functional events, and preparing your body ahead of time can help labor and delivery feel more comfortable.
In a Birth Prep and Push Practice session, our pelvic floor physical therapists guide you through how the pelvic floor and core work together during labor and delivery. You’ll learn how to relax the pelvic floor, coordinate breathing with pushing, and practice positions that support effective pushing and baby’s descent.
We also cover strategies to reduce unnecessary tension, improve pelvic mobility, and help you feel more confident going into labor.
Most expectant moms find this session helpful around 32–36 weeks of pregnancy as they begin preparing for birth.
