Dr. Caitlin Vespie

Meet. CaItlin Vespie, PT, DPT

Hello! My name is Caitlin Vespie and I am a pelvic floor physical therapist. My interest in pelvic health began during PT school, where I was fortunate enough to have a rotation with an experienced pelvic floor PT. I immediately fell in love with this specialty. As a mom, I was aware of the changes that follow after pregnancy and delivery and decided to focus my career on helping other women dealing with similar issues.

After earning a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Tennessee State University in 2017, I’ve had the privilege of helping a wide variety of male and female patients in multiple clinics. I have experience treating symptoms related, but not limited to, bowel and bladder, pelvic pain, pregnancy and postpartum, pelvic organ prolapse, as well as treatment after oncology care. I am thankful to be in a career that I love and am passionate about educating others to achieve a healthy pelvic floor and reach their goals.

I am a Nashville native and love spending time with my husband and four kids. Outside of work, I enjoy baking, reading, gardening, and spending time outdoors.

What Dr. Catlin’s Patients Are Saying

I’ve been seeing Caitlin for Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy for about a year. I have hyper mobile EDS and have been pregnant for 6 months. My autoimmune disease makes it so that I don’t have a treatment plan that ends, and pain gets more severe with flare ups, so it’s unconventional. She has been consistent and crucial for my day to day success. She’s also kind and gentle and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend her care to anyone who is suffering with pain.
