Candace Steed
Patient Care Coordinator
As the Patient Care Coordinator at Archer Physical Therapy, Candace is often the first friendly contact that helps guide you through your care. She’s passionate about making every patient feel comfortable, welcomed, and truly cared for from day one.
Candace earned her Bachelors in Exercise Science, Physical Fitness and Wellness, from Tennessee Technolgical University in 2014. She has been working in the pelvic floor physical therapy environment since 2016, giving her valuable experience and insight into this specialized area of care. Her background provides her with a strong understanding of the body, movement, and the rehabilitation process, allowing her to better support patients throughout their therapy journey.
She loves building genuine connections with patients and takes pride in making each interaction as smooth and stress-free as possible—whether that’s coordinating schedules, answering questions, or simply offering a reassuring smile. Candace understands that starting physical therapy can feel overwhelming, and she’s there every step of the way to help patients feel confident and supported.
Outside of the clinic, Candace is happily married and a proud mom of two, who keep her life fun, busy, and full of joy. She also shares her home with three dogs and one cat, adding even more energy and love to her household.
Her goal is simple: to create a positive, encouraging experience so patients can focus on healing, growing stronger, and getting back to doing what they love.
